Lighthouse has a culture built on high accountability with high flexibility. We have a small company atmosphere and move quickly while still providing extremely competitive compensation and benefits. Where We Work
Lighthouse is headquartered out of Bismarck, North Dakota. But we're also quite happy to have the right person in the wrong location. Our video conference system creates a virtual trading floor and allows most positions to work from remote locations.
